1. Introduction

This is a template for scheduling necessary regular tasks for the MPS Project

2. Schedule

Monday
------

11:00  Resource planning and general weekly meeting (max 1h) *[JRP]*

       Agenda to include:

       - Group catch-up
	   - Hours
       - Selected items from `proc.regular`_ [RB_2023-03-03]_.
       - Planning work for "critical" activities, currently
         * `#110 <https://github.com/Ravenbrook/mps/issues/110>`_ Configura Sources
         * `#125 <https://github.com/Ravenbrook/mps/issues/125>`_ Release and version procedure
         * `#98 <https://github.com/Ravenbrook/mps/issues/98>`_ Perforce to Git migration
 
       - Plan the *Group working* sessions, who's involved, what do we work on.
       - Review pipeline planning (not the "planning" activity within proc.review)
	   - Something random Issues/PRs/Recent mails/mail topics/files in or out of tree/perforce artifacts
       - Ravenbrook business
       - AOB

12:00  Optional proc.review activities (1h max)

       This could be
	   
       - group work on entry/planning
       - "Express" proc.reviews
       - cancelled, especially if a heavy proc.review is expected on Thursday.
