| Description | Imported MPS mail messagse lack their attachments. However (see evidence) we do know what the correspondence between messages and attachments should be. |
| Analysis | We decided when we did the import to simplify the process by not bothering to attach attachments. To do so would have meant adopting some solution like (i) creating MIME encodings and turning message bodies into multi-part forms, or (ii) creating HTML versions of (these? all?) messages into which attachments could be linked. |
