DEFECT TRACKING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

1. INTRODUCTION

This document describes the system requirements for five defect tracking
systems (TeamTrack, DevTrack, Remedy ARS, TRACKWeb Defects and
Bugzilla).  The system requirements covered are supported server
platforms, supported databases, supported web servers (where
appropriate) and supported client platforms.

The purpose is to discover requirements on the platforms supported by
the integration.

The intended readership is anyone working on platform requirements for
the defect tracking integration.

This document is not confidential.


2. DEFECT TRACKING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

2.1. TeamShare TeamTrack

  Microsoft IIS 4.0 or higher
  Netscape Enterprise Server for NT 3.5 or higher

Client platform

  Any platform with:
  Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher
