| Description | The Bugzilla project is planning to release Bugzilla 2.18 during 2004. This will be the first new stable version of Bugzilla since 2.16 on 2002-07-28. The P4DTI must support integration with Bugzilla 2.18. Bugzilla 2.18 is also intended to run on Windows (making this the first supported Windows release since 2.14.5 on 2003-01-02), and we must support it there. |
| Analysis | We want to be ready to go with this very soon after 2.18 is released. Watch the Bugzilla CVS tip for relevant changes. Base 2.18 support on integrations with 2.17.7 and 2.18rc* releases (see job000959 and job000962). Make a new P4DTI version for this, and consider making a 2.2.0 release which "is intended to support 2.18" and actually works with 2.17.7 and 2.18rc0. Make a new 2.2.* release very soon after the actual Bugzilla 2.18 release. |
