P4DTI issue job001262

Titletest suite doesn't work with Bugzilla 2.20 checksetup on Windows
Statusclosed
Priorityoptional

DescriptionBugzilla includes a script called "checksetup" used when creating or upgrading a Bugzilla installation. The P4DTI test suite runs this script to set up and tear down test Bugzillas. It doesn't work with Bugzilla 2.20 on Windows because the set of prompts used by checksetup to get information has changed.
AnalysisWe can't provide a fixed set of inputs that will work with all Bugzilla versions. For the last few versions of Bugzilla, checksetup has provided an 'answers file' mechanism, allowing a file to be populated with responses to the various prompts. Using this mechanism instead will make the same test suite work with 2.20 and 2.18.*, and hopefully future versions too.
